God's Royal Children Ministries

​ ​godsroyalform.pdfPlanning to attend church?  Looking for somewhere to leave the kids?  Don’t leave the kids at home!  Bring them to God’s Royal Children Ministry, the youth ministry of Holy Temple Church.  Held in the beautiful Isaac Jacob Center, it’s kids held church during our Sunday Morning Worship. Children receive fun learning in the Bible using the ABC curriculum created by Ken Hamm’s talented organization that created the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.  “Its like vacation Bible school every Sunday.”  Currently serving ages 4-9 to be expanded soon.  Fill out the attached Link to get your kids registered.  Transportation available.

HOPE House

​According to 2020 statistics, North Carolina now ranks #9 in the number of human trafficking cases reported each year. We have a vision to “Restore Hope – Spiritual, Educational, & Emotional” to abused youth seeking to recover from sex trafficking.   We are currently raising funds in a  capital campaign to restore the Savage House for this purpose.  Once renovated and operational, the Hope House will be a tool to provide holistic ministry in the form of the Bible Studies, Life Skills, and social training to recovering youth.  Support the Vision, give today! Community SEED Pantry

Food insecurity is a major problem in our community.  Many families, especially single parent homes, have to make direct choices between purchases food, paying rent, buying medicine, or buying gas necessary to travel to and from work.  Through a partnership with Operation Blessing.com, the Community Seed Pantry ministry is able to provide monthly distributions of food to those who need it.  In addition, the Community Garden team grows supplemental vegetables for distribution as  well.   Each month on Share/Serve Sunday, we distribute boxes and bags of food whether from the church parking lot or from a designated community location.  We are here to care and share.
A special team of volunteers are responsible for
  • Picking up food from Operation Blessing
  • Planting and cultivating gardens
  • Packaging and boxing for distribution 
  • Distributing all food on Serve /Share Sundays or based upon emergency needs
